EARLY WARNING NEWS RELEASE ISSUED PURSUANT TO NI 62-103 ACQUISITION OF UNITS OF GOLDEN AGE EXPLORATION LTD.

Vancouver, B.C. September 3, 2026 This news release is being disseminated by Damien Reynolds (the "Shareholder") pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, The Early Warning System and Related Take- Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, in connection with the acquisition of common shares (the "Shares") of Golden Age Exploration Ltd. (the "Issuer"), a British Columbia corporation whose common shares (the "Common Shares") are listed for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol "GDN".

On September 1, 2026, the Shareholder received 4,400,000 Common Shares of the Issuer in connection with the MAC Minerals acquisition (as announced in the Issuer's news releases dated April 15, 2026 and August 4, 2026). The Shares were issued at a deemed price of $0.15 per share for total consideration of $660,000.

Prior to the Transaction, the Shareholder owned and controlled 5,230,000 Common Shares of the Issuer representing 22.19% of the then issued and outstanding Common Shares and no warrants of the Issuer.

Subsequent to the Transaction, the Shareholder owns and controls 9,630,000 Common Shares of the Issuer representing 32.57% of the current issued and outstanding Common Shares and no warrants of the Issuer.

A copy of the early warning report dated September 3, 2026 to be filed by the Shareholder in connection with the acquisition of the Common Shares of the Issuer will be available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com under the Issuer's profile.
