EARLY WARNING NEWS RELEASE ISSUED PURSUANT TO NI 62-103 ACQUISITION OF UNITS OF GOLDEN AGE EXPLORATION LTD.

This news release is being disseminated by Damien Reynolds pursuant to National Instrument 62-103, The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, in connection with the acquisition of common shares of Golden Age Exploration Ltd., a British Columbia corporation, the common shares of which are listed for trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol GDN.

On Sept. 1, 2026, the shareholder received 4.4 million common shares of the issuer in connection with the MAC Minerals acquisition (as announced in the issuer's news releases dated April 15, 2026, and Aug. 4, 2026). The shares were issued at a deemed price of 15 cents per share for total consideration of $660,000.

Prior to the transaction, the shareholder owned and controlled 5.23 million common shares of the issuer, representing 22.19 per cent of the then issued and outstanding common shares, and no warrants of the issuer.

Subsequent to the transaction, the shareholder owns and controls 9.63 million common shares of the issuer, representing 32.57 per cent of the current issued and outstanding common shares, and no warrants of the issuer.

A copy of the early warning report dated Sept. 3, 2026, to be filed by the shareholder in connection with the acquisition of the common shares of the issuer will be available on SEDAR+ under the issuer's profile.
