EARLY WARNING NEWS RELEASE ISSUED PURSUANT TO NI 62-103 ACQUISITION OF UNITS OF GOLDEN AGE EXPLORATION LTD.

This news release has been disseminated by Mineral Road Partners Inc., whose control person is Damien Reynolds (the purchaser), pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 (the Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues), in connection with the acquisition of certain units of Golden Age Exploration Ltd.

On March 24, 2026, the purchaser exercised 2.3 million share purchase warrants to acquire 2.3 million common shares of the issuer. The warrants were exercised at a price of 6.5 cents per warrant for total consideration of $149,500.

The acquisition of the common shares results in an increase in shareholding percentage of over 2 per cent from the prior Form 62-103F1 that was filed with respect to this issuer and purchaser.

Prior to the transaction, the purchaser owned and controlled 2.93 million common shares of the issuer, representing 16.83 per cent of the then issued and outstanding common shares and 2.3 million warrants of the issuer based on a total of 17,400,001 common shares outstanding, or 5.23 million common shares of the issuer, representing 26.55 per cent of the outstanding shares assuming exercise of the warrants held by the purchaser.

Subsequent to the transaction, the purchaser owned and controlled 5.23 million common shares of the issuer, representing 26.55 per cent of the then issued and outstanding common shares and no warrants of the issuer.
