Mr. Kevin Hanson reports
EXPLORATION UPDATE
Golden Age
Exploration Ltd. is planning its summer exploration program, which is a
continuation of its phase I MMI (mobile metal ion) soil geochemical sampling program and rock sampling on the company's
Magic property, a gold-silver prospect in central British Columbia. Specifically, the company's sampling
program is planned to include trenching to better examine the bedrock where the altered volcanics were
discovered, which would include two 200-metre trenches across the gold, silver and cadmium MMI soil
anomaly to test for mineralization associated with the anomaly.
In order to conduct this summer exploration program, the company requires a permit from the British
Columbia Ministry of Mines, with such application for the permit having been submitted in the fall of 2024.
Since then, the company has been working through this process and expects to have this permit on or
before May 31, 2025.
By agreements dated Feb. 3, 2025, two private companies, each controlled by a director of the
company, agreed to defer payment of their outstanding monthly fees (management and consulting fees)
until on or after June 30, 2027. At Feb. 28, 2025, these outstanding fees, including goods and services tax (GST), total
$152,775. These deferrals are non-interest bearing and are unsecured.
About the Magic property
The Magic property is located 105 kilometres southeast of Artemis Gold Inc.'s Blackwater gold-silver deposit and is
on the same linear feature that crosses that property and Artemis's Capoose property, Canagold's Windfall
Hills property and Sun Summit's project further to the northwest. Artemis has
reported that its Blackwater deposit commenced production in January, 2025, and is expected to
produce between 160,000 and 200,000 ounces during the last eight months of 2025, despite the operation
continuing to ramp up to full production. The target on the Magic property has mineralization similar to the
Blackwater property and Round Mountain mine in Nevada.
