The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in the IMV project, including eight claims located in the Monteregie region of Southern Quebec, for the following consideration.

Consideration:  upon closing, 18 million common shares

The company paid a finder's fee of 900,000 common shares pursuant to the transaction.
