GOLCAP ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF D&H GROUP LLP, CHARTERED PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANTS, AS AUDITOR

Effective Dec. 15, 2023, D&H Group LLP, chartered professional accountants, has been appointed as Golcap Resources Corp.'s auditor until the next annual general meeting of the company. D&H Group replaces Manning Elliott LLP as the company's auditor.
