At the Meeting, the Shareholders of the Company also:
• | Approved to fix the number of directors at seven; |
• | Approved a non-binding advisory vote on executive compensation; and |
• | By special resolution, approved amendments to the Company's Articles to: |
| a) | amend the minimum quorum requirement for meetings of the Shareholders of the Company; |
| b) | amend the minimum quorum for meetings of Directors of the Company; and |
| c) | amend the Chairman's casting vote to remove same. |
