The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to the arm's-length acquisition of up to an option earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Lapoile lithium property in Newfoundland, Canada, pursuant to an option agreement dated Nov. 8, 2021, and amended Jan. 28, 2022.

Consideration:  for a 51-per-cent interest, $121,000 cash and 535,714 common shares; for a 75-per-cent interest, $2-million in work expenditures; for a 100-per-cent interest, $50,000 cash and 2,023,809 common shares
