GBLT ANNOUNCES INTENTION TO DELIST FROM TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

GBLT Corp. intends to voluntarily delist its common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange. The delisting will be subject to, among other things, TSX-V and minority shareholder approval. More information regarding the delisting will be available in the company's management information circular to be prepared in connection with the company's upcoming annual general and special shareholder meeting scheduled for April 8, 2024. The circular is expected to be filed under GBLT's SEDAR+ profile on or around March 15, 2024.
