GRAPH BLOCKCHAIN ANNOUNCES GRANT OF RSUS

Graph Blockchain Inc.'s board of directors has approved the grant of an aggregate of 7.3 million restricted share units under the company's omnibus incentive plan to employees, directors and consultants of the company. The RSUs vest immediately. The plan was approved by the shareholders of the company on July 28, 2022.
