or"GoldBullion")announcesthatfurthertoitsnewsreleasedatedMay25,2016,theCompanyhas
nowagreedtosettleitsdebtobligationswithcreditorsoftheCompanyintheamountof$71,795.03
payable by issuing 717,950 common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.10 per
commonshare.Thesharesissuedpursuanttothedebtsettlementtransactionwillbesubjecttoa
four month and one day hold period.  The shares for debt transaction remains subject to the
acceptancefromtheTSXVentureExchange.
