(TSXV:GBB) (OTCPINK:GBBFF) (the "Company" or "Gold Bullion") announces that it has granted stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase an aggregate of 5,500,000 common shares in the capital of the Company. The stock options are exercisable for a term of five years at an exercise price of $0.05 per share. In addition the Company has granted stock options to EuroSwiss Capital Partners, Inc., a consultant who provides investor relations services to the Company, to purchase 300,000 common shares in the capital of the Company for a term of five years at an exercise price of $0.05 per share. These options will vest in stages over 12 months with no more than one-quarter of the options vesting in any three month period. This will bring the total number of options outstanding to 23,255,000 with 2,505,687 remaining available for grant under the Plan. All stock options are granted in accordance with the terms of the Company's Stock Option Plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day.
