GAMESQUARE TO REPORT Q1 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS MAY 18, 2023

Gamesquare Holdings Inc. has scheduled its first quarter 2023 financial results conference call with the investment community to be held on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 5 p.m. ET. In addition to reporting on Gamesquare Esports Inc.'s stand-alone financial results, the company expects to highlight the recent merger with Engine Gaming and Media Inc. to provide a pro forma income statement of the combined company and management's expectations for the rest of 2023.
