GAMMA RESOURCES ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF MOMENTUM IR CORP. FOR INVESTOR RELATIONS SERVICES AND OPTION GRANT

Gamma Resources Ltd. has engaged Momentum IR Corp., a Toronto-based investor relations and corporate communications firm led by Nisha Hasan, to provide investor relations and advisory services.

Gamma's president and chief executive officer, Gabriel Mendoza, stated:

With U.S. uranium gaining renewed attention, Gamma is well positioned to benefit from Momentum's expertise, leveraging their market reach to ensure our value proposition is clearly recognized by both institutional and retail investors."

The engagement agreement is for an initial term of 12 months, with a monthly retainer of $8,500. Under the terms of the agreement, Gamma granted 50,000 stock options to Momentum at an exercise price of 11 cents, exercisable for a period of five years, and 450,000 stock options at a later date as determined by the company, exercisable at the price per common share at the date of grant for a period of five years, in accordance with the company's stock option plan. The options will vest in four equal tranches over the course of 12 months from the date of the grant. The agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

In addition, the company granted 50,000 stock options to a consultant at an exercise price of 11 cents, exercisable for a period of five years.
