FORZA LITHIUM ANNOUNCES EQUITY RAISE

Forza Lithium Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 3.75 million common shares of the company. The private placement offering will be at eight cents per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000. The closing of the private placement will be pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used to advance exploration activities at the Jeanette lithium property, as well as for general working capital. Finders' fees may be paid on the offering pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
