FINLAY MINERALS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

Finlay Minerals Ltd. has granted an aggregate of 2,725,000 stock options of the company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. Each stock option entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price of 13 cents until Dec. 10, 2030. The stock options were issued pursuant to the terms of the company's rolling 10-per-cent stock option plan, which was most recently approved by the shareholders of the company on June 20, 2025.

The above-noted stock option grant brings the total number of the company's issued and outstanding stock options to 11,925,000.

The stock options vest as of the date of the grant. The stock options and any common shares of the company issued upon exercise of the stock options will be subject to a four-month resale restriction from the date of grant of the stock options.
