The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  13,125,000

Original expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 18, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  Dec. 18, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  20 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of: (i) 6.25 million flow-through shares with 3,125,000 share purchase warrants attached; and (ii)10 million non-flow-through shares with 10 million purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Dec. 19, 2019.
