The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 410,909 common shares at a deemed price of 5.5 cents per share to settle an outstanding debt of $22,600 and 904,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to settle an outstanding debt of $45,200, in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Jan. 1, 2023.
