FORWARD WATER TECHNOLOGIES CORP. ISSUES SHARES FOR PAYMENT OF SERVICES BY AGORA INTERNET RELATIONS CORP.

Forward Water Technologies Corp. has issued a total of 452,000 common shares in the capital of the company in settlement of compensation to Agora Internet Relations Corp. for certain advertising services provided by Agora to the company over the last six months.

Over the last six months, the company has gained substantial visibility through numerous brand mentions across the Agoracom network and extensive search engine marketing efforts. Additionally, the company's exclusive sponsorships of key digital platforms like Agoracom TV, the Agoracom home page and the Agoracom Twitter account have played a crucial role in significantly enhancing brand recognition among small-cap investors.

C. Howie Honeyman, the president and chief executive officer, expressed his satisfaction, stating: "Agora has proven to be a valuable partner over the past six months, and we are excited to leverage their services as we continue to expand in the clean technology sector."

As disclosed in the company's Feb. 8, 2023, press release, the company entered into an agreement with Agora for the provision of marketing services for a period of one year. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement with Agora, the company agreed to pay a total fee of $100,000 plus HST (harmonized sales tax). The fee is payable through the issuance of common shares of the company and the 452,000 common shares are being issued at the deemed price equal to the closing price of the shares on Oct. 3, 2023:

• $20,000 plus HST of shares for services at end of the ninth month, Oct. 1, 2023 ($22,600; five-cent closing price -- Oct. 3, 2023).

The shares are subject to a hold period that will expire on Feb. 4, 2024.
