The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 347,692 common shares at a deemed price of 6.5 cents per share to settle an outstanding debt of $22,600, in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Jan. 1, 2023.
