Flow Capital Corp. has closed an investment in Wrisk Ltd., a B2B2C (business-to-business-to-consumer) insurtech provider with a current focus on the motor insurance space. Wrisk offers an embedded white-labelled insurance platform to enterprise customers for pricing, distributing and managing insurance products.

Flow's investment will help Wrisk accelerate its commercial activities, continue its growth within the United Kingdom and European markets, and further its global expansion efforts.

Wrisk maintains strong partnerships with global auto OEMs (original equipment manufacturers) and insurance carriers. Its platform can be offered as a fully managed MGA service to U.K. clients or can be licensed to insurance companies and enterprise partners directly in the U.K. or globally.
