The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Financial 15 Split Corp. has split its Class A shares on a 1.1-new-for-one-old basis. According to the TSX, the record date for the split is Dec. 16, 2025, and the payable date is Dec. 19, 2025. The ex distribution and postsplit trading date is Dec. 16, 2025 (at the open).

The TSX notes that there will be no due-bill trading. No fractional Class A shares will be issued. Fractional share entitlements will be rounded down to the next whole share. As the Class A shares trade in the book-based system and no individual certificates are issued, holders of Class A shares need not take any action with respect to receiving the split shares.
