FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL RESCHEDULES AGM TO OCTOBER 29TH, 2026

FTI Foodtech International Inc. unfortunately must reschedule the previously announced annual general meeting (AGM) on Sept. 10, 2026, to Oct. 29, 2026.

"I would like to thank all the shareholders for the understanding, where it has been a very trying time for FTI, where, due to unforeseen issues, we have been held up from operating in the capacity we planned on in the early part of 2026. We are prepared and will be ready to show our shareholders the ongoing projects the company has been developing in the industry, under the circumstances. We look forward to our annual general meeting on Oct. 29, 2026, and coming back stronger than ever, with all the proper measures in place to build a robust company, utilizing its existing assets and team members, currently in place," said Stephen Brown, chief executive officer.
