FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, April 20, 2026: FTI Foodtech International Inc. (TSX Venture Symbol: FTI) ("FTI" or the "Company") has selected June 5th, 2026, at 2:00 PM (Vancouver Time) for it's annual general meeting of shareholders.

The company will hold its meeting virtually via Zoom. Details on accessing the meeting will be included in a management information circular to be circulated to all shareholders of the Company.
