FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

FTI Foodtech International Inc. has selected June 5, 2026, at 2 p.m. (Vancouver time) for its annual general meeting of shareholders.

"We are appreciative of all the shareholder patience over the past eight months and sharing the company's direction with its shareholders," said Stephen Brown, chairman and chief executive officer of the company.

The company will hold its meeting virtually via Zoom. Details on accessing the meeting will be included in a management information circular to be circulated to all shareholders of the company.
