FTI Foodtech International Board Member Passes Away

VANCOUVER, BC, CANADA, January 19, 2026, FTI Foodtech International Inc. (TSX Venture Symbol: FTI) FTI Foodtech International Inc. ("FTI") wishes to inform its shareholders that Douglass Magallon has just suddenly passed away due to illness on January 19,2025.

"I have known Doug for over 30 years both as a remarkably close and trusted friend and working with Doug on numerous business partnerships over the years and this is why I chose him to join the board. He will be greatly missed" said Stephen Brown, CEO and Director.

FTI will begin searching for a new board member, looking for candidates that will share the vision of the company along with its existing team.

FTI continues to work to bring the companyis very close to bringing the company back to trading where it can implement its very exciting vision for its shareholders who have been very supportive over the past few months while necessary requirements were met with both the BCSC British Columbia Securities Commission and the TSX Venture Exchange.
