FTI FOODTECH INTERNATIONAL BOARD MEMBER PASSES AWAY

FTI Foodtech International Inc. director Douglass Magallon suddenly passed away due to illness on Jan. 19, 2025.

"I have known Doug for over 30 years both as a remarkably close and trusted friend, and working with Doug on numerous business partnerships over the years, and this is why I chose him to join the board. He will be greatly missed," said Stephen Brown, chief executive officer and director.

FTI will begin searching for a new board member, looking for candidates that will share the vision of the company along with its existing team.

FTI continues to work to bring the company back to trading where it can implement its very exciting vision for its shareholders who have been very supportive over the past few months while necessary requirements were met with both the British Columbia Securities Commission and the TSX Venture Exchange.
