FIRST TELLURIUM APPOINTS INTERIM CFO

Effective Monday, June 16, 2025, First Tellurium Corp.'s board of directors has approved the appointment of president and chief executive officer Tyrone Docherty as interim chief financial officer (CFO) while former CFO Pamela Saulnier is on medical leave.

"We wish Pam a speedy recovery," said Mr. Docherty, "and we look forward to her return soon."
