ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- FirstService Residential, the leading residential community management company, is pleased to announce that three of its managed communities recently participated in the Plug in Alexandria program, including Marina Towers Condominium Association, Northampton Place Condominium, and Parkfairfax Condominium, all located in Alexandria, Virginia.

Plug in Alexandria is a program to help residents of multi-family communities, including condominiums and apartments, in Alexandria, Virginia, access charging for electrical vehicles (EVs). The program provides expert guidance and financial assistance. Communities accepted into the program receive technical assistance from an industry expert and will be eligible to receive a reimbursement grant of $10,000 to cover a portion of eligible expenses from installing EV chargers.
