TORONTO, March 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FirstService Corporation (TSX and NASDAQ: FSV) (“FirstService”) announced today that it will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. ET. The meeting will be webcast live and can be either accessed via FirstService’s website at www.firstservice.com in the “Investors” section under the “Newsroom” tab prior to the meeting or by accessing the LUMI AGM platform directly at meetings.lumiconnect.com/400-837-191-714 . FirstService also announced that its financial results for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026 will be issued by press release on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at approximately 7:30 am ET.
