FIRSTSERVICE TO ANNOUNCE SECOND QUARTER RESULTS ON JULY 27, 2023

FirstService Corp. will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2023, by press release on Thursday, July 27, 2023, at approximately 7:30 a.m. ET.

The conference call to review these financial results will take place at 11 a.m. ET on Thursday, July 27, 2023, and will be hosted by D. Scott Patterson, chief executive officer, and Jeremy Rakusin, chief financial officer. This call is being webcast live at the company's website.
