FRNT GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

FRNT Financial Inc. has granted an aggregate of 100,000 stock options to Alex McAulay, chief financial officer of the company, pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The options will vest monthly in 18 equal instalments, with the first vesting date being the date of grant. Each option is exercisable, for a period of five years from the applicable vesting date, to acquire one common share of the company at an exercise price of 57 cents.
