FREQUENCY EXCHANGE APPOINTS SCOTT OWEN TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Frequency Exchange Corp. has appointed Scott Owen to its board of directors.

Mr. Owen brings more than 30 years of experience in global business development, direct sales and strategic channel partnerships. His career has included senior leadership roles with P&L (profit and loss) responsibilities exceeding $250-million, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth across emerging technologies and new markets. Among his many achievements, Mr. Owen has closed multiple multiyear enterprise deals over $100-million in value, including a partnership representing $950-million in attributed revenue over five years.

Mr. Owen is known for building partner-first organizations and establishing frameworks that support long-term alliance success. He will contribute to strategic oversight as the company continues to expand its product offerings and commercial partnerships.
