Vancouver, British Columbia –December 2, 2025 – TheNewswire - Free Battery Metal Limited (CSE: FREE ) (the “ Company ” or “ Free Battery ”) announces that it will change its name to Canadian Uranium Corp. In connection with the name change, it is anticipated that trading in the common shares will commence on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the new name at the open of markets on December 5, 2025, under the new ticker symbol “ CANU ”.

 

Holders of shares and warrants certificates in the Company’s prior name do not need to take any action as a result of the name and symbol change.

 

In connection with the Name Change, the Company's new CUSIP will be 136951100 and the new ISIN will be CA1369511003.
