FORT TECHNOLOGY ANNOUNCES CONTINUANCE INTO ONTARIO

Fort Technology Inc. has continued out of the provincial jurisdiction of British Columbia under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) into the provincial jurisdiction of Ontario under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). Shareholders approved the continuance into the OBCA by special resolution at the company's special meeting of shareholders held on April 10, 2026.

In connection with the continuance, the company has replaced its notice of articles and articles with new articles of continuance and bylaws, respectively, under the OBCA, which can be accessed at the company's profile at SEDAR+. The Cusip/ISIN for the company's common shares and the stock symbol for the company's common shares remain unchanged.
