The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Foran Mining Corp. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on June 12, 2023. According to the TSX, there will be 256,514,802 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 61,921,321 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol FOM, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 344911 20 1.
The TSX reports that Foran's principal business activity is the acquisition,
exploration and development of mineral properties with the objective
of discovering mineral reserves and the development of an operating
mine. The company's flagship property is its 100-per-cent-owned McIlvenna
Bay property in Saskatchewan, Canada, 65 kilometres west of Flin
Flon, Man.
No dividends have been paid and none are expected to be paid in the foreseeable future. The company's transfer agent and registrar is Odyssey Trust Company at its offices in Vancouver, its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31, and the temporary market-maker is Citadel Securities Canada ULC.
According to the TSX, Foran has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since May 8, 1996, under the symbol FOM. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V upon the start of trading on the TSX.
