The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length disposition of the company's subsidiary, Fobi AI Germany GmbH. Pursuant to the terms of the disposition, the company will receive 1.54 million euros, of which 1.4 million euros will be paid upon closing and 140,000 euros will be paid by the arm's-length purchaser to the asset on behalf of the company, after the purchaser assumes the company's obligations to pay such amount to acquire a licence for the company to use the asset's Passcreator software.

No finder's fee was paid.
