CSE bulletin 2025-1204

S2 Minerals Inc. has changed its name and symbol to FNX Inc. and FNX, respectively, and has made amendments to the articles of the issuer to: (a) amend the rights and restrictions of the existing class of common shares and redesignate such class as subordinate voting shares; and (b) create a new class of shares designated as multiple voting shares.

Upon the effective date, each common share held by the issuer's shareholders on the effective date will be designated as a subordinate voting share.

The subordinate voting shares of FNX will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new Cusip number on Dec. 5, 2025.
