Pursuant to a directors resolution passed on Nov. 20, 2025, the company has changed its name as follows. There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening on Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025, the common shares of Goldsky Resources Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of First Nordic Metals Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.
