("Four Nines" or the "Company") (FNAU:CSE) (OTCIQ:FNAUF) is pleased to announce they have arranged a non-brokered private placement of 241,857 units for cash proceeds of $84,650 (the "Private Placement"). The Private Placement units are comprised of a share and one-half share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.70 for a period of 12 months from the closing date of the Offering. The proceeds of the Offering are anticipated to be used for the exploration of the Hayden Hill gold and silver deposit and general corporate expenses The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the closing of the offering.
