FOUR NINES GOLD CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Four Nines Gold Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 241,857 units for cash proceeds of $84,650. The private placement units are composed of a share and one-half of a share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of 70 cents for a period of 12 months from the closing date of the offering. The proceeds of the offering are anticipated to be used for the exploration of the Hayden Hill gold and silver deposit, and general corporate expenses. The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the closing of the offering. No finder's fees are payable in connection with the private placement.
