The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Sulliden Mining Capital Inc. has rolled back its common shares on a one-new-for-10-old basis and changed its name to Future Mineral Resources Inc., effective at the open on Sept. 10, 2025. According to the TSX, the new trading symbol is FMR. The new Cusip number is 361155 10 4.

The TSX notes that no fractional common shares will be issued. Fractional share entitlements will be rounded down to the next whole common share. Shareholders should return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto.
