Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Aug. 25, 2025, the plan of arrangement with Baselode Energy Corp. did not complete on Monday, Aug. 25, 2025, and the company's shares will not be delisted at close of business on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2025. The TSX-V understands that the parties are continuing to work diligently to satisfy the remaining closing conditions and a further bulletin will be issued upon the TSX-V's receipt of confirmation of closing.

The company will resume trading at market open on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2025.
