FLYHT SCHEDULES FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2023 CONFERENCE CALL

Flyht Aerospace Solutions Ltd. will host a conference call to discuss the results for its fourth quarter and full year 2023 ended Dec. 31, 2023, on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 7:30 a.m. Mountain Time (9:30 a.m. Eastern Time). The conference call will include prepared remarks followed by a question-and-answer session with Kent Jacobs, president and interim chief executive officer, and Alana Forbes, chief financial officer.
