The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that each exchange-traded fund (ETF) identified as a terminating fund in the attached table has merged into the corresponding continuing fund, effective at the close on July 7, 2023. Pursuant to the mergers, the old units of each terminating ETF will be exchanged for the equivalent number of new units of the corresponding continuing ETF on a one-for-one basis.

According to the TSX, the old units will be delisted from the TSX at the close on July 7, 2023, and the new units will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on July 10, 2023. There will be no change to the stock symbols. The ETF series units of each continuing ETF will trade under the existing symbol assigned to the units of the corresponding terminating ETF.
