FOKUS MINING ANNOUNCES SALE OF COMMON SHARES OF MOSAIC MINERALS

Fokus Mining Corp. sold on July 5, 2023, 1.1 million common shares of Mosaic Minerals Corp., representing approximately 1.60 per cent of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Mosaic Minerals. The Common Share were sold through the facilities of the Canadian Securities Exchange at a price of $0.07 per share for gross proceeds of $77,000.

Immediately prior to the disposition of the Common Shares described above, Fokus held 7,783,000 Common Shares of Mosaic Minerals, representing approximately 11.32% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Mosaic Minerals. As a result of the disposition, Fokus now holds 6,683,000 Common Shares, which represents approximately 9.72% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of Mosaic Minerals.
