Mr. Paolo Lostritto reports

SAILFISH ROYALTY DECLARES Q4 2023 DIVIDEND

Sailfish Royalty Corp. has declared the company's fourth quarterly cash dividend for 2023 in the amount of 1.25 U.S. cents per common share, payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to Sailfish shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 31, 2023.

The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends will be subject to the discretion and approval of the board of directors. The company will review the dividend policy on a continuing basis and may amend it at any time, depending on the company's then current financial position, capital allocation framework, profitability, cash flow, legal requirements and other factors considered relevant. Further to its news release dated Nov. 27, 2023, the company has completed the issuance of 219,397 common shares of the company at a price of $1.28 per share in settlement of interest owed to the holders of convertible debentures dated May 24, 2023, totalling $205,000 (U.S.).

The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the interest settlement, and by issuing the shares, the debt has been definitively extinguished. The shares are subject to a statutory hold period of four months from the date of issuance, in accordance with applicable securities legislation.
