The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of the 100-per-cent interest in the lithium Finnish pegmatite project, pursuant to a purchase agreement dated April 3, 2024, between the company and arm's-length vendors. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the purchase price is a cash payment of $250,000 and the issuance of 1.1 million common shares of the company.
