CANADIAN GOLDCAMPS PROVIDES UPDATE ON DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE 70% INTEREST IN MURPHY LAKE PROPERTY

Further to Canadian Goldcamps Corp.'s news release dated Oct. 23, 2024, the amended definitive agreement dated Oct. 21, 2024, with F3 Uranium Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, F4 Uranium Corp., to earn up to a 70-per-cent interest in F4's Murphy Lake property, located in the Athabasca basin in Saskatchewan, has been terminated.

As a result, the previously announced transaction will not proceed, and the company's common shares are expected to resume trading upon completion of standard review by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
