FIRSTFUND REPORTS 2023 FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS

The financial results of Consolidated Firstfund Capital Corp. for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2023, show a net income of $93,959 or one cent per share (2022 -- net loss of $4,286 or nil per share). The Company recorded an unrealized net loss of $35,043 for the year ended December 31, 2023 (2022 - $431,520) on the revaluation of the investments in Vitality Products Inc. measured at fair value through profit or loss.
